A lover of beautiful objects, Bernard places great importance on detail and aesthetics. He wanted a bike with a clean design: we therefore integrated cables and housings for a more fluid silhouette. He chose an ash frame for its stiffness, subtly enhanced with walnut inlays that add a touch of natural elegance.
On the build side, the choice fell on a SRAM Force mechanical 2\u00d711 groupset \u2014 reliable and precise. The all\u2011road fork and Vinci handlebar from Italian brand Deda Elementi align fully with the modern vision of the road bike: lightweight, stiff and aerodynamic. True to his preferences, Bernard again opted for the Specialized SW Mirror saddle, 3D-printed from a liquid polymer, which he had already appreciated on his Roots. Finally, RD46 wheels from Belgian manufacturer Erase complete this premium build.
The cyclopean animal heads and the eye painted on the head tube nod to the Mortselarij brewery, a project Bernard supports with passion. Because with him, everything is done at 200%. This bike is thus the perfect meeting of his passion for cycling and his desire to champion the brewing world that inspires him. After all, craft cycling and craft beer share much: character, balance and a touch of audacity. <\/p>\n
